  today, one day short of the start of the 2019 regional conventions, the underwhelming new releases are ready for download at jw.org:.

  a new bible reading.

  a new song.

  It was laughable last year, when there were absolutely NO surprise new releases except the videos and song already mentioned in the program and invitation.

  fyi---had a part about the relief ministry to show what "jehovah" is accomplishing through his organization to help the brothers and sisters abroad to the praise of "jehovah's" name.

  even the governing body representation is there for spiritual support.. after this encouraging part, the elders put to the congregation a resolution to send a one time $10,000 to the branch for relief work.

  No, they only use JWs. He is one, he just gets a pass. shares his long sideburns off and doesn't wear bracelets, necklaces etc. when doing JW stuff.

  Nope. Current doctrine holds that all GB members must claim to be annointed, and the term Governing Body is conflated with the term Faithful Slave.

  the speaker lists these reasons for people having anxieties:.

  for the second year in a row, the org has marked international women's day.

  this time, it's an article that lists most female bible characters in alphabetical order with a brief summary for each, topped by a picture of them in 'empowering' poses.

  It says they have provided a

  "workplace where everyone is respected, treated fairly, encouraged and supported".

  It mentions "a crew leader named Eric", "Carl who leads several crews" and "crew leader Fergus", failing to note that women aren't allowed to be crew chiefs. One of them also makes a sexist remark as if women are somehow inherently more able to notice if something is wrong and report it. Another says that he'd rather have women operating the machines than men. The article ends with the declaration:
